In the Serbian mountains near the Bosnian border lays the village Zarozje. Here, in the lonely forests in the rugged mountain peaks, are the real Bon Temps. For centuries, people lived in fear of the vampire Sava Savanovic, who according to the myth reside in a dilapidated mill at night. When darkness has fallen the villagers lock themselves in their homes, equipped with garlic and hawthorn sticks. They all have their own stories of “Sava”, said to be the reason why the village have all the mysterious deaths over the years – no other village in the district are according to the residents equally unfortunate.
